Terms of Service

By booking a session, purchasing a package, or joining the Parent Circle membership, you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, email Millermom3@gmail.combefore purchasing.

Nature of services

Rebecca Miller Consulting provides educational coaching, IEP guidance, vision consulting, and professional development based on decades of classroom and TVI experience. Services are educational and consultative — they are not legal advice, medical advice, therapy, or a substitute for the professionals in your child's care team.

Payments

All prices are listed in US dollars and processed by Stripe. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Purchases are complete when payment confirms.

Refunds & rescheduling

• All sales are final. No refunds on sessions, packages, or membership fees.
• Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
• Missed sessions without 24-hour notice are forfeited.
• Parent Circle membership can be canceled anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your family and your child's services.
• Share documents (IEPs, evaluations) securely — I'll send instructions.
• Understand that outcomes depend on many factors outside my control, including your school district's decisions.

Confidentiality

Information you share about your child and family is confidential. I will not contact your school district, therapists, or attorneys without your written permission.

Intellectual property

Materials I share — checklists, templates, framework language such as the CONFIDENT Parent Method™, and Parent Circle content — are licensed to you for personal family use. Please don't redistribute, resell, or repost them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebecca Miller Consulting's total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Rebecca Miller Consulting is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
