• Payment details processed by Stripe when you purchase a session or membership. Card numbers never touch our servers.
• Scheduling details processed by Calendly when you book a call.
• Basic usage data such as pages visited and referring links, used to improve the site.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and deliver the services you've requested.
• To send confirmations, receipts, renewal reminders, and session-related email.
• To send the free resources you request (like the IEP Meeting Checklist).
• To keep records required for tax and accounting purposes.

We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing newsletters unless you opt in separately.

Children's information

Details you share about your child during coaching or advocacy are treated as confidential and used only to help me support your family. I do not share information about your child with schools, districts, or third parties without your written permission.

Trusted vendors help run this practice:

• Stripe — payment processing

• Zoom / Google Meet — session delivery
• Supabase — website database and authentication
• Email delivery through our sending domain

Your choices

You can request a copy or deletion of your information at any time by emailing Millermom3@gmail.com. You can unsubscribe from any email by following the link at the bottom of it.
